So what is ‘Moke-sha’? Moksha (Modo) Yoga is a form of hot yoga that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress.

Benefits of hot yoga are seen with continued regular practice, but even coming to just one class might be exactly what you need.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 this year through our Karma Donation Classes. Held every Friday night. We open this 60 minute Moksha class to the whole community, asking a minimum of $5 donations. Funds are raised for local and global non-profits.
