In March of 2014 Cindy made a decision to slow down her life and take a break from her position as Account Manager working and travelling for Flora Manufacturing, an International Leader in Natural Health.
She was now finally ready to try Yoga and take more time for herself.
Cindy planned a trip to BC to visit her son and that’s where her first Yoga experience happened. The sensation of practicing and sharing space alongside her son was an unimaginable experience. Cindy was so grateful that her son had found Yoga at such an early stage of life, so much earlier than herself.
Upon returning home, Cindy seeked out a studio that might offer the same peaceful and liberating experience that she had enjoyed in BC.
That’s when she found Moksha.
After just one class, she joined the 30 day challenge in November.
In December Cindy made another huge life decision to attend Level 1 Moksha Yoga training in January 2015…..with the intention of deepening her practice, no intention of Teaching!
After 1 month at Moksha Training in Nicaragua…..eating sleeping Breathing Practicing Moksha Yoga with so many amazing individuals, Cindy’s life had changed. She was determined to sprinkle Nicaragua dust and all she had learned there on everyone at home.
She continued her Living to Learn journey completing 500 hours, working on the 7 Pillars of Moksha as her practice deepened finding new inspiration and peace to be shared.
With a growing desire to learn and share more, Cindy continues to move forward for her students and studio. She also holds certification in Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Moksha Flow, and will be attending Level 2 at the end of 2018. You may also find her in your Stretch and Unwind classes.
Cindy offers a wide range and variation of Moksha classes in the Hot room and welcomes every new day, every practice and every Yogi…..new or experienced as a new beginning.
She is a Student and Teacher so grateful for every unimaginable experience she has sharing space with each of you. Namaste.
