Vivienne discovered the joy of Moksha Yoga in Halifax as a student – first place she ever asked for a seniors’ discount – joined the Energy Exchange team and within 2 years was on her way to LA for Moksha teacher training. Whether you’re looking for a little more peace and relaxation in your life or for a kick-ass workout, Vivienne’s classes will help awaken and release that from within you. Everyone experiences a different journey in life and Vivienne is no exception. Unexpectedly divorced after 37 years, provided lots of opportunity to search for answers, or to let go of the past, embrace the change and decide to live life consciously and fully. Yoga has provided an amazing opportunity to become more grounded, and to reconnect and revitalize relationships. Vivienne is inspired by all the 7 Pillars of Moksha, but feels very connected to Life-Long Learning as she continues to study and grow as a person and a yoga instructor. Her Moksha training along with Yogassage, Laughter Yoga, Yoga Life Coaching, and Mindfulness Yoga all inspire her teaching. Vivienne is looking forward to her move to Niagara.
